Refund policy

Raw Rituals does not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product is damaged upon arrival:

• Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
• Provide order number, description, and photo of the damage, before opening the shipping box.
• We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion, after the product is returned to us.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
