Thank you for shopping with Raw Rituals. Below is our detailed shipping policy outlining processing times, estimated delivery windows, customs, and tracking information.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed withinΒ estimated delivery times bellow (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been comfirmed:
- North America (U.S. & Canada):Β 8β10 business days
- International (Rest of the World):Β 10β18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand:Β 12β26 business days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you havenβt received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us atΒ info@therawrituals.com.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Raw Rituals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, import duties).
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you believe you entered incorrect shipping details, contact us as soon as possible. While weβll do our best to update the order, we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been processed.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, Raw Rituals is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
If your item is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with your neighbors, local post office, or building manager. If your item arrives damaged, contact us withinΒ 5 daysΒ of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue, before opening the shipping box.
