2. Product Information and Health Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately describe our products; however, the appearance of colors and textures may vary depending on your screen and settings.

Important: Our cosmetics are produced in compliance with applicable safety regulations of Canada and United states of America however, individual sensitivities and allergies may occur. We strongly advise patch-testing products before full use and consulting a physician if you have known sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Raw Rituals is not liable for allergic reactions or misuse of our products.

3. Orders and Acceptance

All purchases made through our Services are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed. You agree that purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

4. Prices, Billing, and Payment

Prices are listed in USD. We may update pricing without notice. All charges include applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Discounts and Promotions

  • Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to already discounted items.
  • Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • May be used across multiple orders until balance is zero.
  • Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

5. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms

If we offer subscription services that renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Raw Rituals to charge your payment method at the stated intervals until you cancel. You may cancel anytime via your account before your next billing date. Subscription items are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged.

6. Returns, Damaged Items & Refund Policy

Raw Rituals does not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product is damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
  • Provide order number, description, and photo of the damage, before opening the shipping box.
  • We will replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion, after the product is returned to us.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

We ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Raw Rituals is not responsible for delays or lost shipments. You assume the risk of loss.

For international orders:

  • You are responsible for any customs, duties, or import fees.
  • Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.

8. User-Generated Content and Feedback

By submitting content (reviews, photos, feedback), you grant Raw Rituals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes.

You must not submit:

  • Content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading
  • Infringing content or unauthorized third-party material

We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
